Based out of John L. Scott’s Portland Southwest office, Steve Seislove is passionate about helping people transition into their next chapter with the perfect home for that phase of life. Whether you are tired of renting and ready to find your first home, or you are upgrading to accommodate a growing family, Steve is eager to help you reach what’s next. He will be your expert guide in navigating the complex process of buying or selling your home.

As your real estate professional, Steve will be fully devoted to offering you the highest level of service throughout all parts of the process. His problem-solver mindset is invaluable during the home search. He will turn what it typically a grueling experience into a treasure hunt to maximize the sale of your property or find your perfect home. In a transaction, Steve will apply acute attention to detail so that nothing falls through the cracks and your experience is as smooth as possible. He is extremely self-motivated, so you can count on him to keep you updated and informed—you will be his top priority.

Steve’s friends and family know him as an organized task master. From laundry and dishes to mowing the lawn and picking up after the dogs, he gets it done. After you work with Steve, you will be saying the same thing. He will manage all the moving parts in your real estate transaction, keeping you in the loop every step of the way so that the ball never gets dropped on anything. Steve’s background is in sales and negotiation working as a sales manager for very large distribution companies in the past before going into the real estate business in 2020. He is well-versed in negotiating techniques and always keeps his clients’ interests top of mind. He has children in the Sherwood School District and loves helping others in his community understand the benefits of raising children in Oregon.

When he’s not working, he loves to spend time with his family. Steve has two young children so getting them out for hikes in the summer or exploring new places in Oregon and Washington is something he enjoys. His family loves wakeboarding and water skiing in the summer, and in the winter they love to sled in the snow up at Mount Hood. To give back, Steve contributes to the Portland Rescue Mission.

Above all, Steve’s family is very important to him and the "why" behind what he does as a real estate professional. For him, having a supportive wife that is willing to watch kids and single parent on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights is a true blessing. He is driven to excel in his real estate business to make his family proud and provide for them.
